Do the plans offer refunds?
No. Both plans are prepaid and do not offer refunds after the charge.
Can I change plans after subscribing?
Yes. You can switch from the monthly plan to the annual plan and from the annual plan to the monthly plan. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect after the paid annual period ends, because we do not refund amounts paid in advance.
How do I add more users?
